Based on your selections and requirements, your Customer Manager will provide a detailed preliminary quotation, outlining the costs of your chosen designs and furnishings.
Review the design proposal from our expert team. Check the colors and meterials. After making any adjustments, confirm the final proposal and quotation to ensure it meets your vision.
Secure your project by paying the initial deposit of 50% of the total invoice, which covers the design or selected furniture according to the provided quotation.
After we receive your deposit, our team will start making your items with great care. We'll send you pictures and videos during the process so you can see how things are going. Before we ship your order, we'll ask you to pay the remaining 50% of the invoice.
We will inform you of the scheduled delivery date for your furniture. After arranging the delivery appointment, our team will assist with the installation of the furniture. Please note that additional charges apply for the removal of delivery materials, such as wooden crates and cardboard boxes.
